How do refills work?

Once you have finished your bottle, simply place it back in its original box and prepare it for collection. Our designated pick-up service will retrieve the bottle from you at a scheduled time, ensuring it reaches our facility promptly. We will then carefully refill the bottle with the same fragrance, maintaining the quality and essence you love. Finally, the refilled bottle will be returned to you, ready to enjoy once more. This process not only delivers convenience but also reduces environmental impact by encouraging reuse.

is there a limit to the number of refills?

There is a six-month limit to the number of refills you may request for your fragrance bottle, and each refill is $300. This ensures you can continue to enjoy your favorite scents, as part of our commitment to offering both convenience and value.
